Refund Policy

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, you may return it to us and we will replace it (if stock is available) or provide a refund. A replacement will be sent or a refund will be made when we receive the returned item from you.

We will reimburse postage costs for U.K. only.

Duplicate or Incorrect Item

If you receive a duplicate item or an incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error, you may return it to us and we will provide a refund or replace the incorrect item with the correct one if stock is available.

Standard Returns

We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items within 7 working days of purchase. Fragrance Oils in clear or crystal bottles are exempt. We do not offer refund on promotional, reduced or discounted items and gift sets.

We do not refund items which are not damaged due to health and safety concerns as we cannot resell to other customers.

Returns Procedure

To return an item you must request a return by emailing info@oudharabia.com advising us of the reason for return.

  • Package the item securely and include your name and order number.
  • Obtain a proof of postage when you send the item.
  • We reserve the right not to accept returns that do not have a ‘Returns Authorisation’.

NOTE: Without Proof of Posting we cannot make any refunds if the item does not get to us.
